Sunday the Closing Act
Retfest’s final day was a laughter-filled, comedic explosion, with something for everyone to enjoy. The day kicked off with a “Beer Under the Clock” event at the Beer Under the Clock pub, where the audience was treated to a lineup of up-and-coming comedians such as Angela Bra Life Lessons, Denzil De Cristo, John Parman, Ishi The Funny Khan, Pooja Mallipamula, and Just P Comedian.
The White Lion was the next stop, where MikeyBee, KD Hinken, Denzil De Cristo, and Aston Gallagher had the crowd in stitches with their unique brand of humour. The Clumber Inn was the next destination, featuring Lauren Smith, Silva Dee, Christopher Jardine, and Just P Comedian, who kept the laughter going all night long.
The final stop of the day was at Alberto’s, where the audience was treated to a special tribute to the late, great Jethro, as well as performances by comedians Pauline Barton, Michael Monk House, and Billy McGuire. The night ended with a bang, leaving the audience in tears from laughter and having a blast.
All in all, it was a fantastic way to end the weekend and Retfest 2022.
